    Responsibilities

    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

    The candidate will be responsible for managing ITAR/EAR and COMSEC requirements for STORM Program, including daily processing of import and export transactions (including the export/import of technical data, technology, aircraft parts, hardware and defense services), following corporate processes and procedures. Preparing, submitting and managing export and import authorizations and exemptions. Establishing, maintaining and auditing Licenses and Agreements. Managing uploads of export/import licenses/agreements/documents to designated databases and other tools as required. Generating reports and metrics related to export/import compliance. Managing U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Commerce license record-keeping requirements Responsible for reviewing import and export documentation and interfacing with freight forwarders. 

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret security clearance required, TS preferred
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 7 years of experience in Export/Import function required
    • Experience with ITAR and EAR
    • Experience leading ITAR and EAR functions on complex government programs
    • Experience and ability to collaborate across multiple business functions
