    The successful candidate will support the C5ISR Center CP&I, Positioning Navigation & Timing (PNT) Division, providing programmatic coordination/support and financial analysis. Will serve as a liaison with PNT Budget/Contracts personnel as well as supported customers (e.g. PM PNT and the GPS Directorate), coordinating programmatic/financial actions for CP&I PNT programs. Develops program documentation, including Functional Support Agreements (Department of Treasury form 7600A), Requests for Procurement Action and Spend Plans. Compiles, analyzes and tracks program data, providing statistical analysis of programs/projects in relation to resource requirements. Prepares reports on program status and problem areas that impact program schedules, goals, performance and priorities. 

     

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret security clearance 
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, strong experience may substituted
    • 5 years of experience in a Program Analyst SETA role providing direct support to Army customers, preferably in APG required
    • Requires a detailed knowledge of DoD/Army regulatory requirements, governing acquisition policies/procedures, to include DoD FMR, DoD 5000, and FAR
    • Requires strong MS Excel skills. Preferably experience with GFEBS and ATAAPS
    • 10% travel required
