The candidate will plan, develop and execute logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product. Develops and implements logistics program activities including ILS, technical documentation, RAM, provisioning, etc. Coordinates efforts of subcontractors and field service personnel. Resolves logistics problems and compiles data on standardization and interchangeability of parts to expedite logistic activities. Provide oversight of all logistics support OCONUS in support of the IISR missions. Ensure OCONUS Subs follow program logistics requirements and statement of work. Manage subs, and maintain existing OCONUS Logistics Support Plans, Parts Management Plans, and other CDRLs and modify as required for delivery to government customer. Manage inventory efforts and liaison with CONUS ILS Manager on Contract Mods. Support procurement efforts, manage, track and report on status of all OCONUS logistics actions. Conduct inventory audits of OCONUS Subs and provide results to CONUS ILS Manager. Oversee OCONUS retrograde efforts. Responsibilities include ILS administration, including supply, purchasing, provisioning, design, reliability, validation and maintainability analysis of complex mechanical or electro-mechanical systems/equipment per DOD requirements. Performs analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.
