    Responsibilities

    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

     

    The candidate will be responsible for leadership and management of an operational team deployed to U.S. Military contingent locations to conduct flight operations missions. Responsible for overall mission accomplishment and customer satisfaction. Responsible for personnel accountability, welfare, training, and operational support. Responsible for proactive communication with Program Director to ensure all contract requirements are met. Responsible for proactive communication with supported customer to ensure understanding of capabilities provided and rapidly changing customer requirements. Responsible for accountability of all assigned property.

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret clearance required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Minimum 1-3 years of directly related ISR or Flight Management experience required
    • Knowledge and experience in military flight operations missions
    • Ability to work and live in close proximity and austere environment with peers
    • Ability to focus on numerous tasking’s in fast paced iterations through periods of 12 hours or more at a time
    • Excellent communication skills required
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced workplace with excellent time management skills
    • Must be able to directly manage human resources issues in accordance with company policies
    • Knowledge of functions and performance of various communications equipment and allied components; use of ALSE; in-flight and emergency procedures (IFEs); and current ISR flying directives
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
    • Must be eligible to deploy to OCONUS locations and be and maintain physically qualified
    • Knowledge of crew endurance and flight time requirements
    • Experience with the business processes/Government contracts procedures highly desired
    • Special Operations and/or Flight management experience in civil or military aviation highly desired
    • Familiarity with AR 95-20
    • OEM or military training courses are desirable
    • Must meet DoD Physical Deployability requirements
    • 100% travel to OCONUS locations required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
