    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.


    The candidate will prepare and administer all subcontractor documentation. Responsibilities include maintaining an audit file for contracts and subcontracts, including original agreements, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules, and deliverables. Analyzes contractor and subcontractor compliance with legal, contractual, and government regulations and communicates findings with senior staff. Prepares contract/subcontract modification documents. Prepares, submits, and tracks invoices. Disseminates contractual information to appropriate audience. Assists with compilation of all financial data for analysis. Executes services and material purchase documents in accordance with company and federal guidelines. Maintains detailed and organized files. Maintain/prepare other documents and ad-hoc tasks as required.


    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance required
    • Level 2:
      • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or accounting required
      • 2 or more years of relevant experience in government contracts required or 2 years of AASKI experience in contracts
    • Level 3:
      • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or accounting required
        5-10 years of relevant experience in government contracts required or 3 years of AASKI experience in contracts
    • Must be able to sit and concentrate for long periods of time
    • Minimum of 5% travel required
