The candidate will prepare and administer all subcontractor documentation. Responsbilities include maintaining an audit file for contracts and subcontracts, including original agreements, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules, and deliverables. Analyzes contractor and subcontractors compliance with legal, contractual, and government regulations and communicates findings with senior staff. Prepares contract/subcontract modification documents. Prepares, submits, and tracks invoices. Disseminates contractual information to appropriate audience. Assists with compilation of all financial data for analysis. Executes services and material purchase documents in accordance with company and federal guidelines. Maintains detailed and organized files. Maintain/prepare other documents and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
