    Responsibilities

    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

     

    The candidate will assist mid and senior-level contract administrators in preparing contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets. Assists with services and materials purchasing. Tracks various travel and other required authorizations and correspondence. Maintains detailed and organized files. Assist with compilation of all financial data for financial analysis. Review timecards and expense reports for accuracy. Performs reconciliations and maintain/prepare other documents and ad-hoc tasks as required. 

    Qualifications

    • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance is required
    • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or accounting preferred
    • Must be able to sit and concentrate for long periods of time
    • Minimum 5% travel required
