The candidate will supervise and assist in the preparation and administration of all contractual subcontractor documentation. Ensures contractor and subcontractors are in compliance with legal, contractual, and government regulations. Supervises invoice creation, submission, and payment. Disseminates information to appropriate audience regarding contract financial status. Analyzes financial spend plans. Supervises services and material purchase documents in accordance with company and federal guidelines. Supervise, coach and direct less senior staff. Review and approve internal procedural documentation.

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
