The candidate will lead and have overall responsibility for contract performance and delivery outcomes. Briefs contract executive reviews to various levels of senior management. Manages all financial aspects of assigned contracts (e.g. monitoring funding, burn rate, expenditures, billing, reconciliations, purchases) while working closely with the Contracting Officer, Program Managers/Directors, Mission Customers and Program Executive Offices to contribute to strategic planning on current and future contract actions. Identifies opportunities to improve performance and implement overall contract cost and delivery efficiencies. Collaborates with individuals from internal departments as well as company leadership, manages and directs team of contract administrators. Ensures compliance with government regulatory requirements such as FAR, DFAR, DCAA, TINA, CAS, as well as, follow policies and procedures with regard to agreement preparation, review, submission, negotiation, management and close-out. Participates in contract and regulatory compliance activities, including internal and external reviews and audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, GSA and other independent agencies). Oversees the preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase of sale of goods and services.

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
