    Responsibilities

    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

     

    The candidate will be responsible for technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development. Presentation and briefing skills to top-level managers required. Provides financial/technical expertise in the material acquisition process. Knowledge of R-2 Forms and P Forms. Preparation of Congressional Staff briefs and Congressional Staff information papers. Submission of the Operation Budget. Support of POM submission. Preparation of CBJB. Experience with daily coordination on status of funds with the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology ASA (ALT), Department of the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations (DA DCSOPS) and the PMO.

    Qualifications

    • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting and 20+ years of experience managing Government programs, with at least 1 year supervisory experience. 4 additional years experience may substitute for degree
    • Army DASC and/or DCGS-A experience preferred
    • Minimum of 25% travel required
