The candidate will aid in preparation of Transition Plans and conduct supporting analysis from surveys, ACD, Information Systems Security Program Application (ISSPA), and other data sources. These plans are required as a result of NSA decertification, technological or logistical transition (2-3 times per year). Participate in providing briefings, for Government review (8-12 times per year). Assist in technical review and evaluations of technical documentation, Key Management Plans, specifications, ILS documentation, cryptographic policy and modernization strategies (8-12 times per year). Provide analysis and technical support to CSLA by assisting in review of acquisition, logistic, and sustainment documentation, such as Acquisition Strategies and Plans, Technical Publications, Material Fielding Plans, Supportability Strategies, Logistics Demonstration (LOGDEMO) Plans, and Type Classification (TC) packets (1-2 technical manuals, 1-2 Supportability Strategies, 1-2 Fielding Plans, and 1-2 TCs per year). Assist with research, gathering, analysis of new technical, programmatic, logistic, usage, application, requirements, cryptographic algorithms, products, services, associated system/platform data and input as applicable into the unclassified/classified ACD (Current database tracks approx. 1,200 items, 1,000 systems/platforms, and 47 crypto algorithms). Conduct a semi-annual review and analysis of unclassified and classified ACD and update all existing data as applicable. Provide inputs to weekly and monthly status updates for the Government Task Lead.
