    In support of PM Electronic Warfare & Cyber, the candidate will perform Information System Security Officer (ISSO) duties supporting the organization and external customers. The successful candidate will review, prepare, and update RMF authorization packages; conduct assessments of information security controls in order to measure the effectives of controls and identify any gaps, manage remediation efforts and report on the status of control deficiencies, provide security expertise to business units and key stakeholders, and provide timely status updates/reporting on assessments and assigned projects. This assignment requires TS/SCI and willingness to take CI polygraph.  


    • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
    • 6 years of progressively complex experience in Information Assurance / Cybersecurity required, including development, integration, and implementation of cyber security and program protection standards for networking, computers, and custom applications
    • Thorough knowledge of NIST 800 Special Publications, Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) and other significant federal regulations
    • Familiarity with operational needs statements and DoD 5000 acquisition lifecycle processes
    • Experience in creating and maintaining minimum security configuration baselines for Windows and Linux platforms, networking equipment, cloud technologies and custom applications (i.e., Minimum Benchmarks: CIS, STIGS)
    • Must be familiar with and have previous experience with the security authorization process including the review of system security documentation, i.e., system boundary definition, systems security plan, configuration management plan, contingency plan, and security agreements (e.g., MOUs, ISAs), etc.
    • Must meet position and certification requirements outlined in DoD Directive 8570.01M for Information Assurance Technician Level 2
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work on multi-functional teams
    • Minimum 20% travel to Army and contractor locations within CONUS required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
