    In support of Project Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber, the candidate will provide senior level assistance for the technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development. The Senior Operations Analyst will coordinate Decision Review packages, POM Reviews, midyear reviews, and other program status and acquisition briefings to MDA, Weapon System Review, etc. He/she will represent PM EW&C in collaboration at senior levels throughout DoD, and will be a senior advisor to EW&C leadership for process optimization and program assessment. A thorough knowledge of the DoD 5000 acquisition process is required, as well as expertise with Electronic Warfare systems, operations, and technologies.


    • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required
    • BS & MS in Engineering & Management required
    • Minimum 15 years of experience required
    • 15 years of experience managing progressively complex government technical acquisition programs, with preferred experience in the design, integration, and analysis of Electronic Warfare and C4ISR networking, computers, and graphic display systems
    • 10 years working collaboratively with program management, systems engineers, schedule analysts, and operations personnel in a concurrent engineering environment
    • Preference to candidates with hands-on familiarity with the Prophet program
    • Demonstrated ability to author point papers and policy documents for executive approval
    • Excellent communication skills including the ability to work on multi-functional teams
    • Minimum 25% travel to Army and contractor locations within CONUS required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
