The candidate will provide on-site support to the Army Cyber Directorate. Provide coordination, development and documentation of appropriate EW solutions to current and emerging IED threats and other EW solutions that will be required to support Army EW in the future. It also includes routine staff coordination with the ARSTAF, JIEDDO, other services and the Joint Staff. Establish connectivity with HQDA G-2 and other intelligence organizations to monitor the evolution of spectrum threats facing Army forces. Participate in intelligence forums related to electronic warfare, to include those related to the electronic defeat of improvised explosive devices. Monitor the effectiveness of fielded CREW systems and observe/monitor effectiveness of CREW systems in test. Maintain liaison and monitor the electronic warfare programs in the Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps to maintain insight into their intelligence, EW technical advances, and real-world EW equipment results. Monitor the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) and Directed Energy (DE) programs in the Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps to maintain insight into their intelligence, EW technical advances, and real-world EW equipment results. Coordinate with all DOD agencies to ensure continuity of Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) support for Operational EW. Specifically, to oversee the upkeep of database load sets, threat parameters and operational reprogramming; this requires TS-SCI level coordination with Services, OSD, and NSA.
