    Responsibilities

    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

     

    The candidate must have the ability to use LMP and IPR Database. Maintain/Manage Maintenance Analysis Review (MAR) Workbooks for assigned directorates. Organize email and efficiently track updates/responses coming in. Ability to compile readiness data into various Microsoft Office formats and present information verbally and orally to leadership. Ability to facilitate meetings and In Process Reviews. Expertise in Microsoft Excel to track, manage, and organize data. Schedule meetings, obtain conference room and telecon connections as required. Ability to analyze and interpret data and communicate areas of concern to customer. Conduct scorecard analysis to report monthly metrics to leadership. Maintain productive and professional relationships between Organic Depots, Weapon System Directorates and cross-functional teams within the Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC). Assist/train team members when applicable.

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret Security Clearance required
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Minimum 7+ years of experience required
    • Technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development. Presentation and briefing skills required
    • Presentation and briefing skills required
    • Excellent Excel Skills
    • Minimum 5% travel required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
