    In support of Project Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber, the selected candidate will act as the Product Manager’s forward representative, applying specialized skills to assist Combat Units in assessing issues, provide over the shoulder guidance, and repair deficiencies. The FSE will perform system diagnostics to determine and resolve systemic problems involving hardware, software, and communications. He/she will conduct analysis of mission requirements and design system, reset configurations, and adjust system operations to meet mission requirements, test and evaluate systems, debug system software, reset hardware configuration, adjust operating parameters, report trouble issues to the Product offices, contact POC’s for additional guidance, and perform repairs.  


    • Active Top Secret security clearance required
    • Bachelor's Degree (equivalent experience will be considered)
    • 8 years' experience with EW and tactical C4ISR systems in deployed environments
    • 5 years as an FSE/FSR or Trainer for EW or C4ISR systems
    • Security+ certification (for 8570 compliance)
    • Hands-on integration and testing of DCGS-A or C4ISR systems such as BFT, JCR, CPOF
    • Preference to candidates experienced in EWPMT or RavenClaw
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, to including the ability to work on multi-functional teams
    • Minimum of 50% travel to Army and contractor locations within CONUS required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
