The candidate will provide Matrixed support to Product Lead (PdL) as the Lead Test Engineer for of the Next Generation Load Devices - Medium (NGLD-M). Responsible for the Army’s path forward for the test and evaluation of the NGLD-M. Develop Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and other relevant acquisition documentation. Provide coordination with program stakeholders including User Representatives, ATEC, Prime Contractor, Software Developers, and others. Develop verification methods to ensure system requirements are properly tested. Develop and present briefings on T&E Strategy to leadership. Prepare and/or review specific plans for all Test and Evaluation (T&E) events, gather inputs from field sites, operational sponsors or other stakeholder units. Participate in the requirements derivation and system development from early in the acquisition cycle through test and evaluation and fielding. Review Contractor Deliverables and ensure contractor test plans are appropriate. Witness test events.
