    Responsibilities

    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

     

    The candidate develops training products, participates in training product development sessions, and instructs training classes. Understands training Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process concepts. Hands-on individual contributor who participates in the training planning, designing, developing, testing and delivery of training products. Conducts Instructor Led Training, Virtual Training, and Distance Learning classes. Participates in formal and informal content reviews with government and contract personnel. Develops work products according to established team standards and program requirements. Serves as an Instructor which will require extensive travel. Participate and support in Reviews, User Juries, Software Development Life Cycle Testing etc., to provide training product validation. Performs administrative tasks as assigned. Participates in team meetings to support training product development.

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret security clearance required
    • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree required
    • 5 years of experience required
    • Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
    • Experience utilizing the Training Development Capabilities (TDC) database, or similar system, used for constructing learning and resource
    • Experience developing and designing full-length skill-based instructional training material, and experience writing lesson plans using the Adult Learning Model or Experiential Learning Model
    • Possess the knowledge of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and tools, to include knowledge of educational developments in the field, in order to design and develop training courses and materials, evaluate training programs, and/or complete various special projects.
    • This knowledge is also required to adjust or develop new methods, establish and/or apply evaluation criteria, and resolve a variety of problems
    • Experience developing and administering courseware per US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) REG 350-70
    • Familiarization with the Training Support Package (SUM, Lesson Plan, Task, etc.)
    • Minimum of 50% travel required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
