    Responsibilities

    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

     

    The candidate will organize and direct work, coordinate efforts related to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Applies principles of project management developing large, complex schedules. Performs program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances. Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources. Monitors OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances. Acts as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to scheduling Understands and has facility with enterprise-level scheduling software. Proposes processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling. 

     

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret security clearance required
    • BA/BS Degree required
    • 18 years of relevant experience required
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Expert knowledge in use of MS Project
    • Minimum of 5% travel required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
