The candidate will provide onsite support to the Army Cyber Directorate. Demonstrate expert knowledge of the joint requirements process known as JCIDS (Joint Capability Integration and Development System) to provide G-3 EW with support and guidance on evolving joint requirements and interoperability issues. Serve as technical advisor for EW issues to G-3, G-8, Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology), and Deputy Under Secretary of the Army (Operations Research). Actively track and monitor all EW related programs involved with equipping, manning, and training the Army for electronic warfare. Conduct assessments and analysis, including any required analysis of alternatives, to support the requirements generation process for EW specific and EW related requirements and capabilities. Assist in developing an EW master plan to include all elements of equipping, manning, and training the Army for electronic warfare. Attend Army EW requirements in the myriad of Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) and Directed Energy (DE) forums that have emerged as key areas of interest for Army equities. Maintain knowledge and awareness of current technological advancements that have Army EW implications. Plan, coordinate and execute strategic actions supporting the integration of multiple EW materiel solutions throughout the Army and assist the US Army Electronic Warfare Proponent, CAC, with DOTMLPF development and integration for Electronic Warfare specific issues. Specific areas of support will include the necessary expertise regarding implementation of IED Defeat concept and initiatives of candidate electronic warfare technical solutions as well as the full range of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leader Education and Development, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) considerations. This will require TS/SCI clearance and SAP/SAR access eligibility.
