    Responsibilities

    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

     

    In support of Program Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber, participate in the formulation, justification, and execution of contracts and acquisition documentation.  Prepare program documentation in support of Milestone Decisions and reviews.  Assist in developing obligation plans, P&R Forms, Weapon System Reviews, and Program Objective Memoranda.

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret security clearance required
    • BS Degree (or equivalent experience)
    • 7 years of progressive experience in the DoD 5000 acquisition process, supporting the development and implementation of contracts and Acquisition Requirements Package (ARP) documents throughout the contracting lifecycle (pre-award, award, and post-award)
    • Knowledge and skill in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of federal contracting and the DoD 5000 acquisition process. Experience with IDIQ, cost-based, and OTA contracting is required. The candidate must be familiar with the documentation required for each contract type
    • Hands-on familiarity in developing Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Service Contract Approval (SCA), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL)
    • Experience managing and reporting contract status through web based tracking tools. Applicant must also be able to differentiate between various colors of money from a time and purpose perspective
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work on multi-functional teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that all program requirements are captured in ARP documentation
    • Minimum of 10% travel required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
