    Support SPAWAR Atlantic Surface Ship Integration Division and C4I Modernization & Readiness Division in planning and execution of IAW Command Operating Guide (COG) and Division Program Operations Guide (POG) in support of various classes of hulls and projects. This effort is contingent on contract award. The successful candidate will: plan, design and advise on data/knowledge management related to Division programs; coordinate, plan and execute continuous system improvements; provide detailed knowledge and solutions surrounding the systems, operations and evaluation of the program; provide SME level expertise in system requirements, operational requirements, test & evaluation and training.


    • This position is contingent upon contract award
    • Active Secret security clearance required
    • 10 years of direct work experience with the use of advanced information technology to develop and/or integrate complex data, to include: requirements analysis; project management procedures including out year budgeting for programs involving OMN, OPN, SCN, and/or RDT&E monies; development of contract schedules, out year planning and POM budgets, compliance planning and program planning
    • Must have knowledge of DoD standards and regulations like the FAR, DFARS, OPM requirements, and other business related regulations
    • Position may also be located in Norfolk, VA
    • Minimum of 25% travel required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
