    Responsibilities

    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

     

    The candidate will support SPAWAR Atlantic Surface Ship Integration Division and C4I Modernization & Readiness Division in planning and execution of IAW Command Operating Guide (COG) and Division Program Operations Guide (POG) in support of various classes of hulls and projects. This effort is contingent on contract award. The successful candidate will: Manage and oversee the quality control and document management requirements in accordance with established procedures, including enhancing staff awareness and understanding of leadership expectations for response timeliness and submission quality. Facilitate the timely delivery of executive commitments and information, as appropriate. Monitor and push items that are due and follow-up on overdue items. Catalogue final submissions in a SharePoint data repository. Apprise leadership of critical, upcoming, and anticipated tasks in anticipation of actions. Report status and metrics to leadership.

    Qualifications

    • This position is pending contract award
    • Active Secret security clearance required
    • 10 years of direct work experience with the use of advanced information technology to develop and/or integrate complex data, to include: requirements analysis; project management procedures including out year budgeting for programs involving OMN, OPN, SCN, and/or RDT&E monies; development of contract schedules, out year planning and POM budgets, compliance planning and program planning
    • HS diploma or GED
    • Must have knowledge of DoD standards and regulations like the FAR, DFARS, OPM requirements, and other business-related regulations
    • This position could also be located in Norfolk, VA
    • Minimum of 25% travel required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
