The candidate should be familiar with personnel security, law enforcement, civil liberties programs within the Department of Defense and the Department of the Army. Must have a basic knowledge of insider threat principles and should be able to support the development of the concept of operations for the Army Insider Threat Hub and the Army Insider threat program writ large. The candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive all source research, analysis, and fusion of traditional and not-traditional sources of information supporting the Insider Threat mission. Must have a working knowledge of how the Army operates at the installation and operational level. Communicate complex ideas and analyses orally and in writing. Capable of obtaining and fusing information, drawing potential conclusions and making solid recommendations.
