The candidate will plan, formulate, present, justify, evaluate and execute the budget to Program Managers (PM), Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and the Training (TR) Division Branch Chiefs. Monitors, reviews and reconciles commitments, obligations, and actual expenditures. Maintains financial accounting systems, drafts and reviews financial reports, monitors budget activities and unliquidated obligations (ULO). Identifies potential financial issues and provides recommendations to PMs for resolution. Drafts, reviews, updates and interprets Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPRs), Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) agreements, works with Contract Management Agencies (CMAs) for acceptance and monitors the approval process

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
