    Responsibilities

    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

     

    The candidate will lead efforts associated with establishing initial configuration baselines for systems entering the test program, including assembling and verifying configuration item documentation. Conduct critical functions analysis and gap analysis to ensure proposed configuration items reflect those elements that are critical to the system performance against the associated items to be tested. Conduct configuration audits. Support the ECR/ECP processes and participate in TSA CCB activities. Advise team on quality processes. Support the ongoing development of and administration of the TSIF's configuration management program. Participate in the test development process.

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret security clearance required. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TSA Suitability clearance
    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 5 years of systems engineering experience required
    • Must have previous experience within a test and evaluation environment. Familiar with  and experience working within quality processes such as ISO 9000 and CMMI
    • Previous experience with TSA and the electronic baggage screening program is desired but not required
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Must be a self starter able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
    • Minimum of 25% travel required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
