The candidate will provide direct support to the Material Fielding Branch, various Product Offices, and supporting SETA/Execution Contractors in the planning, coordination, and execution oversight/tracking and after action review for Total Package Fielding and New Equipment Training of legacy, current, and future PM Mission Command Products as directed. Coordinator will use Force Management System Website (FMSWEB), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and Global Combat Support System-Army (GCCS-A). Will directly interface with Army customers (Active, Reserve and National Guard components), and will interact on a daily basis with internal and external government agencies as well as other contracted support agencies and personnel. Other duties as assigned.
Must possess an understanding of PM MC capabilities and hardware/software configurations, required and installation kits, and be familiar with the currently fielded Army tactical vehicle variants.
Candidate must have expertise in current and future Army force structure and able to apply BOIP guidance to unit MTO&E/TDA to support fielding actions.
Must be familiar with Army force structure and able to quickly gain an understanding of unit authorizations for those products noted above and under the PM MC portfolio (based on MTOE/TDA).
Should be familiar with the Army Unit Set Fielding Process to include Capability Set implementation.
