    The candidate will provide support to Program Manager in accomplishing administrative, managerial,and financial aspects of contract management. Attend/Support scheduled and unscheduled meetings to ensure effective communication between the team and customer program support groups. Develop, update and measure performance against Program Management Plans. Support the management of all technical,cost, schedule, and delivery in PWS and PMP. Support development of Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates as requested. Integration planning and analysis, developing quick-reaction courses of action to ad-hoc inquiries for additional support or services. Support management and resolution of any performance issues. Review, evaluate, comment, and update contingency plans, implementation, operational and test plans. Support management and control of schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort. Participate in analysis sessions to provide program requirements. Identify, communicate, and resolve risks. Monitor system tests, results, contract team member performance, and ensure compliance with all contract requirements.


    • Active Secret security clearance required
    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 5 years of Project/Program Management experience required
    • Experience managing dynamic and geographically diverse team, preferably in IT-related fields
    • Detail oriented individual
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • Self-motivated with strong inter-personal skills
    • Preferred familiarity/experience supporting DoD and/or Army IT Contracts and experience with Network Operations/Support Service Center Tasks
    • Minimum of 25% travel required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
