    Responsibilities

    US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

     

    The candidate will serve as the technical expert capable of demonstrating experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions. Demonstrated expertise in the application of information technology. Produce and review technical documentation that will reflect detailed knowledge of technical areas. Able to recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of products and services with a focus on continued and improved efficiency. Manage computer operations and ensure schedules are met. Ensure computer system resources are used effectively. Ensure proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services. Supervise staff operations.

    Qualifications

    • Active Secret security clearance required
    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • 10 years of experience preferably with Network Operations, IT Operations, Communications Projects, or an IT-related field
    • Experience managing dynamic and geographically diverse team. Preferred experience supporting network operations center and/or familiarity with the support services required
    • Detail oriented individual
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • Self-motivated with strong inter-personal skills
    • Minimum of 25% travel required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
