Responsibilities

US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required

 

The candidate will support all aspects of the Army National Guard Mission Command Training Support Program.

  • Assist the government Program Manager with all aspects of program management for the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP).
  • Major responsibilities include but not limited to; tracking performance measures of effectiveness, develop trends and OPTEMPO analysis, MC digital assessment tables and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) data support. Specifically provided detailed metric data to the Center of Army Analysis (CAA) during the 2016 MTC capacity study. Act as MCTSP lead for the Mission Analysis, Readiness & Resource Synchronization (MARRS) system which is in Beta testing for program wide use

Qualifications

  • Active Secret security clearance required
  • 12+ years of experience required
  • BA/BS degree with a minimum of 5 years’ direct experience in MCTSP for Army National Guard, Army Reserve, or Active component.  Experience should include working at the national level for a program management team.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in MCTSP training operations, mission command information systems, mission command training events, Combined Army Training Strategy, Mission Command digital assessment tables, and lines of communication with all MCTSP proponents and agencies.

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
