Emergency Management Senior Compliance, Readiness and Policy Analyst reports directly to the EM Branch Chief. Serves as the senior readiness, policy, training, and requirements expert to the Army Emergency Management (EM) Program. Ensure that Army EM Program guidance and directives are consistent and aligns with the National Response Framework (NRF), National Incident Management System (NIMS), National Preparedness Guidelines (NPG), federal law, DoD guidance. Principle technical expert and policy writer for Army EM Program compliance standards and benchmarks. Similar writing responsibilities for all Army EM Training and Exercises requirements. Serve as EM lead for all Army Protection Program assessments of Army Commands ASCCs, DRUs and the ARNG providing program review written guidance to achieve compliance. This candidate will need to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI eligibility.
