The candidate will provide policy formulation and staffing support. Be knowledgeable with HQDA staffing policies and procedures. Provide written supporting policy products. Review Army readiness policy for compliance with OSD and Joint Staff policies. Be capable of organizing, setting up and managing action officer working groups and Colonel level council forums. Perform a full range of duties to support all aspects of the Readiness Division essential function of managing Army Readiness reporting. This candidate will need to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI eligibility.
