The candidate will develop Repair Parts Special Tool List (RPSTL), Provisioning Parts Lists (PPL), Design Change Notices (DCNs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Engineering Date for Provisioning (EDFP) and Maintenance Allocation Charts (MACs). Read and understand provisioning documentation based on established specifications and ILSC Procedures. Participate in Integrated Logistics Support Management Teams (ILSMTs), In Process Reviews (IPRs), data calls, and Multi Service user meetings. Serves as chairperson of Provisioning Conferences. Advises the contractor/system integrator on provisioning related tasks to include; PPL, RPSTL, ETMs/IETMs, DCNs and initial item identification requirements and documentation. Reviews contractor/system integrator prepared provisioning and maintenance engineering documentation and determines the degree of conformance with specifications. Inputs provisioning technical data for National Stock Number (NSN) requests, Supply Support Requests (SSRs), and related item introduction and supply support requirements. Processes, develops and coordinates provisioning data via the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) and Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS) transactions.
