Individuals should be familiar with personnel security, Law enforcement, civil liberties programs within the Department of Defense and the Department of the Army. Basic knowledge of insider threat principles and should be able to support the development of the concept of operations for the Army Insider Threat Hub and the Army Insider threat program writ large. Must have a working knowledge of how the Army operates at the installation and operational level and must maintain the requisite knowledge to staff actions at the Department of the Army and Department of Defense levels. Capable of obtaining and fusing information, drawing potential conclusions and making solid recommendations.
Active TS/SCI security clearance required
Bachelor Degree with 10 years of experience required
Substitutions: Minimum of 5 years of military experience with an Intel, Police, Security or Legal background
Preferred degrees: Security, homeland defense of Risk Management, National Security, Analyst, Law Enforcement, Civil Liberties, Civil Law
