Responsibilities

US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

 

Expert in overseeing test experimental design, investigating opportunities to utilize statistical methods such as hypothesis testing across all projects or portions of projects where it is appropriate to do so and reviewing test results for adequacy. Must be able to apply Human Factors Engineering both cognitive and ergonomic concepts in a test environment.  Must be able to adhere to ISO 9000 processes and be willing to participate in the quality management process and identify process improvement opportunities. 

Qualifications

  • Active Secret and TSA Suitability clearance required
  • Master's Degree required
  • 5 years of experience required
  • The desirable candidate will have exp in test planning, data reduction and analysis, and reporting activities.
  • Must be able to provide scientific, statistical analysis of test data. For test preparations the candidate shall formulate data collection methodologies and collect the data necessary to successfully complete assigned evaluations, analyses, and support tasks.
  • General knowledge of TSE vendor system platforms such as AIT, AT2, CAT-BPSS, BLS, ETD, EDS, Walk-Through Metal Detector (WTMD), Behavioral Detection Technologies, Cargo systems, and other Transportation Security Equipment is preferred.
  • Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time (longer than 2 hours) and have the ability to react to hazardous situations.
  • Minimum of 25% travel required

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
