Detailed to the Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center (TEDAC).  Responsible for the analysis, development, and synchronization of improvised explosive device (IED) forensic exploitation institutional policy and programs as it applies between Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) and the inter-agency C-IED community of interest.  Provides recommendations to senior governmental leaders regarding HQDA budgetary, programmatic, and policy support for C-IED forensic exploitation at TEDAC and the FBI; Assists senior leadership across multiple governmental agencies and services in the development of doctrine and training programs designed for the prioritization and exploitation of IED components; Coordinates with G-38 the proper prioritization and exploitation of IED components; Provides written and verbal reports and briefings to senior governmental leadership; Recommend program and/or policy changes.


  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
  • Master's Degree required
  • 15 years of military or specific experience required
  • 5 years HQDA experience preferred and can substitute for military experience requirement
  • Minimum of 5% travel required

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
