Responsibilities

US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

 

The candidate will monitor and synchronize organizational activities/events. The events consist of major meetings, demonstrations, experiments, testing, and Distinguished Visitor (DV) events. Review the internal and external reporting requirements and the Weekly Reports before submission. The candidate will notify the Action Item POC personnel of tasking's, collect products, report, and record item progress and completion. The candidate will collect products that prove task closure and provide to the assigned Government office by close of business the day the task is completed. Using information provided by the Government, the candidate will review prepared briefing charts and materials for PM PNT.  Briefings shall support budget, test, logistics, and program management and acquisition decisions. Candidate will maintain all materials on in the PM PNT SharePoint system. Review prepared briefings, read-ahead packages, agendas, data books, briefing slides, program schedules, and time-lines based on PowerPoint slides. Candidate will provide manage calendar and answer phones for government lead.
 

Qualifications

  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance required
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience required
  • Expert with Microsoft Windows Office 2007, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 5% travel required

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
