    In support of PM Electronic Warfare & Cyber, assist the program office performing program/budget scheduling and planning, including preparing recommendations for program objectives, operating schedules, resource requirements, and overall program plans. Provide budgetary analysis for cost-cutting issues, asset marketability, program development, and other monetary fund management/benefit administration, equity monitoring, and originations. Address any other considerations regarding the acquisition, management and/or resolution of an asset; and assist in the management and processing of transactions in a GFEBS financial/ERP system.


    • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
    • 7 years of progressive budget planning experience within DoD 5000 acquisition programs
    • Hands-on experience with General Funds Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) and other SAP enterprise accounting systems including integration points
    • 4 years experience providing budgeting and trade-off analysis
    • 2 years experience initiating and monitoring application of PWDs
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, to including the ability to work on multi-functional teams
    • Minimum of 10% travel to Army and contractor locations within CONUS required

    Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
