Responsibilities

US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

 

In support of Project Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber, provide leadership for planning system-level technical and operational testing for software-intensive systems, inclusive of developing and staffing Test and Evaluation Master Plans for DA and OSD approval.  The successful candidate will lead and participate in PdM Information Warfare testing and integration activities, developing and coordinating test plans and procedures, supporting verification and validation activities, assessing operational requirements, witnessing tests, analyzing test results, and prepare independent reports for PdM IW.  

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required
  • BS in Engineering required
  • 10 years progressively complex experience in the testing and integration of software-intensive systems, especially related to tactical EW and C4ISR systems
  • 5 years of experience with the development of test documentation in accordance with DoD 5000 requirements
  • Experience with the Army's suite of EW systems as an NCO or field grade officer is highly desired
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work on multi-functional teams
  • Minimum of 30% travel to Army and contractor locations within CONUS required

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
