US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.
Familiarity with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.) Communicate verbally and in writing with various stake holders. Assists in preparing negotiation memorandums and draft agreements for Interagency Agreements with other federal agencies in support of FEMA Region VI. Assists in Administration of multiple types of contracts once they are awarded, such as: Utilities, Facilities, Preventive Maintenance, Services, GSA Federal Supply Schedule Delivery Orders and others. Familiar with proposal review techniques required for analysis, such as: Cost and Pricing Data, Cost Realism, Price Analysis, Price Reasonableness, Best Value. Prepares a variety of procurement documents (simplified acquisition, architect-engineer, performance-based, fixed price, cost-plus fixed fee, award fee, incentive fee services) for review and execution by a Government-warranted CO. Assist in Administration of task order close outs. Assist in preparing modifications to the task order/agreements. Ability to assess and recommend contract requirements for all facets of day-to-day and emergency situations to provide accurate recommendations and services to the Regional CO.
