The candidate will coordinate the development to the Army Campaign Plan (ACP) activities within the headquarters and other divisions. These activities include meetings, working groups, and VTC’s; tracking execution of the ACP through Strategic Efforts (SEs); coordinating work flow; updating and tracking delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines; maintaining project schedules; maintaining SOP to ensure consistent performance of duties and currency. In addition the Contractor shall compose correspondence/reports; research, draft or abstract reports; update and manage databases (i.e. ACP portal). Coordinates the integration of Army transformation initiatives and supports the development and drafting of EXORDS and FRAGOs to execute the ACP including space, and missile defense capabilities into BCTs, Stryker, and future Army and joint forces. Is able to crosswalk between the National Military Strategy (NMS), The Army Plan (TAP), the Army Vision (AV), the Army Strategic Plan (ASG), the Army Planning Guidance (APG), the Army Planning Guidance Memorandum (APGM), and the ACP. Provides analytical and programming support in the areas of planning, integration, and mission execution to HQDA and other agencies.
