Responsibilities

US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a DoD security clearance required.

 

The candidate will manage several enterprise, mission, and engineering networks consisting of dominantly Cisco security appliances, routers, and switches. Ensure networks are up to date technically and operationally, while also being compliant with the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Standard Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).  Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot all network related issues within the Night Vision and Electronic Sensor Directorate (NVESD). Manage installation and configuration of Cisco equipment.

 

Qualifications

  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field required.
  • A+ or Security+ Certification Required. Certified Information System Security Professional Preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience required. 
  • Experience with network administration and system integration.
  • Experience in the evaluation, installation, and configuration management of enterprise networks.
  • Familiarity/experience with Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Standard Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).  
  • Experience supporting system upgrades and implementations.
  • Familiarity or direct experience with U.S. Army, and the Night Vision and Electronics Sensors Directorate Operations Division (NVESD-OD) is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 25% travel required.

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
