Provide helpdesk support to the Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD), Operations Division, onsite at Fort Belvoir. Helpdesk coverage is required from 0630-1630 hours Monday to Friday. First Tier helpdesk support, capable of performing on the spot remediation or as needed, routing of the calls to the appropriate functional area. Ensure timely closeout of trouble tickets and escalate support as needed. Remotely install and configure software, printers, network drives, and other support functions. Support implementation of Windows 10 upgrade. Setup Microsoft Outlook, email archives, and assist in publication of PKI certificates as appropriate. Conduct routine updates and maintenance support. Support configuration of new laptops, setting up of new users, and processing required paperwork
