The candidate will provide support in the areas of testing, systems integration, troubleshooting, RF system analysis. Design, develop, and document comprehensive test plans and reports. Specialize in RF testing and system integration. Coordinate and participate in system level testing activities including test planning, execution, and reporting. Perform setup of test scenarios, both hardware and software components and perform troubleshooting as needed. Provide technical support as required.


  • Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience required
  • Comprehensive knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices of RF engineering providing hands on approach to system integration and component level testing.
  • Strong knowledge of satellite and RF communications technology and skill sufficient to solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills and must possess effective planning/organizing skills
  • Expert level knowledge of RF test equipment
  • Applicant must have a strong understanding of how to perform line-loss measurements and amplifier gain measurements utilizing signal generators, power meters, spectrum analyzers, etc.
  • Proficient in RF communications and principles, being able to perform numerous path loss measurements, and adjust power levels within an RF combining network to optimize performance and minimize added noise levels with the networking subsystems.
  •  Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems from a broad prospective
  • Works well in a team, is goal oriented and possesses leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must possess very strong problem-solving skills, and is able to be adaptive to fast-moving environments and project goals
  • Experience with tactical SATCOM equipment a plus
  • Must have strong skills in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio)
  • Minimum of 35% CONUS and OCONUS travel required

Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 project/business environment a plus for all open positions. US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Security clearance required.
